LUKE PUTNEY

In 2013, Luke Putney was an incoming freshman at Belmont University in Nashville, TN in 2013. When he was 12 years old, he lost his vision. Despite this, he has accomplished a number of impressive things, including wrestling in high school and becoming a bass guitar virtuoso. He will be joined by his seeing-eye-dog, Jacob, when he starts school. This series of portraits was commissioned by Belmont University for USA Today.
